Kerry-Anne Kitson – Toucan Website Design & Marketing
I’m Kerry-Anne and I am ‘Toucan’! I chose the name after working under my own name for many years because I predominantly work with single business owners, and when it comes to websites and marketing ‘two can’ do it far better than one – cheesy I know!
I am mum to an almost 21 year old who makes me proud every day (and is also quite expensive so my reason for creating websites), I have a slight obsession with my miniature schnauzer Lola and a very patient husband who has put up with me for over 24 years!
We moved to Eastbourne in 2020 after spending almost all our holiday time there, but I still have a great many clients from Surrey where we were previously.
I have worked for myself since the birth of my daughter in 2003 and have been lucky to work with a huge array of businesses, from very small start ups, to larger clients, such as a 500 seater Listed theatre, where I managed their business and marketing strategy.
My marketing and business experience is varied and includes email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, website design, financial administration, business strategy and more.
From 2021 onwards, my focus has been mainly website design and I have been busy building a great portfolio of clients.
When it comes to websites I know what works – and what doesn’t!
Having worked with businesses of all sizes for over 20 years, it’s fair to say I have built up a wealth of experience when it comes to what does and doesn’t work when trying to grow a small business. I’ve been involved in various aspects of marketing, both digital and traditional. I also fully understand the challenges small business owners face when trying to start out.
I am lucky to have experience working with many specialists across several disciplines. My client referrals are built on experience, quality and trust.
Whether you are just starting out, changing direction completely or at a total crossroads I will be able to get you back on track, and you will be surprised how easy it is.
My approach is relaxed, professional and personal. Although I work remotely, I get to know all of my website and marketing clients and their businesses personally. And if I don’t believe we are the right combination to work together, I will let you know, with no pressure. I don’t take on projects I don’t believe I can bring justice to.
